Start with storage: Star Citizen should be installed on an SSD. Then check your RAM, graphics card, processor, free space, Windows setup and internet connection. No single item guarantees a good experience.
If your PC has several weak points, do not buy on speculation. Wait for a Free Fly or look for reports from players with very similar hardware.
